Welcome to another installment of my Top 5 article series. Did you miss me?

Let’s take a look at something different today.  A lot of people seem to think that Universal isn’t as kid-friendly as it should be. With countless attractions full of thrills and spills, it’s easy to see it that way, but I say that’s hogwash. There’s plenty of awesome stuff for kids of all ages to enjoy! How about a Top 5 on what kids can do at the Resort?

Universal features 4 wonderful on-site hotels. All of them feature absolutely wonderful pools, with sections and play areas devoted to the younger ones. Some times mom and dad need a break from all the action of the theme parks, and what better way to do so by taking in the sun, having a beverage and stopping by one of the pools.

All the hotels feature “dive-in” movies on during the evening where you can relax, take in a movie on a projection screen and go for a swim. Check with the concierge from more information when you arrive!

In addition, Universal offers a great kid’s program, with supervised children’s activity centers.  For more info and reservations, you can visit their official page here.

On select evenings at select on-site hotel restaurants, you can have dinner at one of the hotel’s great restaurants where you’ll be visited by some of  Universal Orlando Resort theme park characters during your meal.
