Guests can celebrate the Holidays this year at Disney Springs as Walt Disney World has announced “Holidays at Disney Springs” seasonal celebration – which starts November 11 and runs through January 8, 2017.
Featured at this year’s celebration are:

Disney Springs’ Christmas Tree Trail – This new offering will put the spotlight on fifteen distinctly decorated trees, each themed to a beloved Disney character or story; including Moana, Disney Villains, and Mickey Mouse and Friends.

Nightly Tree Lighting Ceremony – Every evening at 6 p.m., experience a festive tree lighting ceremony where a family of the day will be chosen to illuminate the Marketplace signature tree. Nearby, look for life-sized toys, toy soldier stilt walkers, and Christmas-inspired treats.

Drone Lighting Night Time Show – They haven’t said much about this (and that is not the name they are going with), but a lighting show utilizing drone technology will be featured nightly. Here’s the teaser they released:

Stitch’s Holiday Gift Hunt – Slated to start on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, this fun-for-the-whole-family scavenger hunt-style activity will send you through all four neighborhoods of Disney Springs. Once complete, visit participating locations for a limited-edition completer button.

In addition, you’ll be able to visit Santa Claus at “Santa’s Chalet” to take a picture with Ol’ Saint Nick.

Fans of cosmetics will be thrilled to learn MAC will be a short ballet performance based on the Nutcracker to celebrate their launch of a new cosmetic line called MAC Cosmetics’ Nutcracker Sweet Collection.
