Outdated?
Doesn't anyone else T2 preshow feels outdated?
The video walls were great and all in the 90's, but when was the last time you've seen them in a large corporation? Especially when the company in question focuses on new technologies. Even when they can't replace the video walls, they should at the very least get rid of the Cyberdyne logo burn in.

RE: Outdated?
I'm sort of annoyed that in the video, Shaq is still part of the Lakers.

RE: Outdated?
Considering that there's much better 4D experiences out now (e.g. Shrek 4D), the show is outdated. The seats only move up two inches then drop down, and that's the only movement you'll get out of the show. Although, the show does use elements that I don't see in other shows, such as the actors interacting with the 3D film, which may be part of the reason people still enjoy the film.
As for the TV walls, some of them were changed so the logo isn't as obvious. Some people still enjoy the Shaq part of the video, but most don't get the joke. Then there are those who have never seen the movies, but just want to see the Schwarzenneger. In other news, Kimberley changed her uniform a few months ago. It's now black dress pants and blouse with the usual pink jacket and black pumps. Do not fear, a nerd is here! RE: Outdated?
Although I feel that this attraction is still some of the best Universal has to offer, yes, it does feel 11 years old. The burn in on the screen happens becuase of normal wear and tear. I am glad that they did fix the Cyberdyne logo when it scrolls on the screen. No more line below the symbol.
I have yet to see Kimberly's new outfit. Why change it? ![]() USH Employee 1998-2003 Show Host Lead (all shows) BTTF The Ride, T2:3-D, Nickelodeon Blast Zone, Chicken Run, The Grinch, The Mummy Returns, Starway Escalator, Special Effect Stages. |

RE: Outdated?
The only outdated part is the preshow, with the video walls and the movie that shows 90's era tech dreams and shaq still on the lakers. They should update the video and get new screens.

RE: Outdated?
Remember, the video was updated for the Hollywood version. Shaq is still in the Orlando Magic uniform in Florida. In Hollywood Shaq has hair. He filmed the scene when he transfered to the Lakers during the NBA strike of the 1990's
