Is it me...
...or is this show getting more and more painful to watch? It definitely has nothing to do with the cast and crew of the show, as it's apparent they're trying the best with the material that's given to them. But the main foundation and layout hasn't changed since the show was introduced on the Upper Lot.

Through the main rehashes of the show, its been mainly the same old routine. Time to find something new and fresh.

Carl Laemmle Wrote:"...just think what this would mean..to see the inner workings of the biggest moving picture plant in the wide, wide world. See how we have to use the brains God gave us in every conceivable way in order to make the people laugh, cry or sit on the edge of their chairs the world over!"

RE: Is it me...
Yeah, it must be tough to teach old dogs new tricks. I really feel that it is time for this show to get a major overhaul or remove it completly!!! Its just plain bad now.

RE: Is it me...
Just got a survey from Universal regarding Universal Animal Actors. It specifically asked about whether or not I knew this show had a sponsor (did not), which pet websites I frequently browse and where I purchased my pet supplies.

Could we see some new changes occurring in the future?

RE: Is it me...
Amazing, I just went through the same survey. Was this related to annual pass holders?
Please remove the show and get something new!

RE: Is it me...
I really like the concept behind the animal show, but it needs a different percpective, I have for quite sometime wanted Universal to focus on all forms of animals used in the movies like dogs, cats, birds, etc. but also like dinosauers, and dragons. everything from real to extinct, and imagined animals. To puppets, costumes, animatronics, animation, and CGI. I love the animals and the trainers and they deserve to be repected for keeping the show running for as long as they have, if its hard for you to watch, imagine how hard it is to keep performing. Remember Universal's Animal Actors is the only place in the park where you can see real movie stars.

RE: Is it me...
Gotta admit, they changed things around. Yes, the show remains the same in many respects but it appears as if they've actually added fresh material.

A pleasant surprise.

RE: Is it me...
This is a good concept for a show but needs major revamping. Let see some more animals. One of my last trips to see this show was pretty sad because the orangutan didn't want to perform he seemed tired.

RE: Is it me...
Yup, sadly, if you have ever been backstage like I have and seen the amount of space they have to store the animals... it is very sad.
