Level 1 has a draining problem. Is almost always flooded. I have parked down there once, but it was a few years ago. It does seem that when you drive through the Frankenstein Parking structure that you are bobbing up and down in your car. Maybe its was the way the structure was built? If it was truely a problem, wouldn't safety code completely shut down that portion of the park? Why would they allow them to build a building on it then?

im really hoping that this does not happen. seriously. this show is still great and i always enjoy watching it everytime i go.
