I notice people refer to a preformer being on the red team or something, so I'm wondering if somebody would explain the teams that would be great.

There are two main teams throughout the year. I think it is red and white. Each team can only perform 5 shows per day per contract. Once peak season arrives there is an added green and a blue team due to more than 5 performances per day. These teams normally stick together with the same schedule. You may have a substitute for one performer due to illness or filming, but normally these teams stay together.
