Frankenstein building
Just a question. The building that is being build in the next 2 pics, is that the Frankenstein parking that houses the T23D attraction?

RE: Frankenstein building
That's actually T2:3D being built on top of the Frankenstein parking garage. In the first picture you can see the edge of the Globe Theater, which is located just in front of T2, along with one of the street lights from Baker Street. In both pictures you can see the stairs that lead to the green room and the catwalk.
How'd you find these pics? These look pretty cool, especially since I'm studying engineering and I can use it for our yearbook (10th Anniversary next year!!!! :D ). It's funny too because I recently got to see some of the steel structure that's holding up the seats and the preshow room. :) Do not fear, a nerd is here! The building that is shown being build on the pictures, does it actually house Terminator 2 3D or is it just a building around T23D? Because it's not really clear to me what you mean with "the edge of the Globe Theater, which is located just in front of T2, along with one of the street lights from Baker Street." I have a feeling that this building doesn't actually house T23D according to your comments, but I'm not completely sure. (08-14-2008 09:19 AM)JDK Wrote: How'd you find these pics? DVD's, sites, etc. Hey what can I say, I'm a die-hard Terminator fan ;-) And the thing is, I can ask my question here to you guys and you get to see pics like these. So both are profiting and enjoying from this. And ofcourse it's nice to have some activaty on this forum with you guys (specially about my favorite Terminator hobby).

RE: Frankenstein building
The building is T2:3D. The Globe Theater is a separate building that USH rents out for various events located by Terminator. However, the more I look at these photos, the more I confuse myself about what angle this is take from. Below's a picture is how I believe this is oriented. Perhaps this Saturday I can create some before and after pictures..... All I have to do is remember my camera, lol.

RE: Frankenstein building
Thanks JDK. I noticed the Cyberdyne logo on the wall/"fence" surrounding, and ofcourse the big Terminator 2 3D poster, so I thought it had to do something with t23d. Interesting, thanks for your edited pictures.
Can't wait to your hear final feedback after you have visited it on Saturday. ;-)

RE: Frankenstein building
So you know how I joked about forgetting my camera? Yeah.... I forgot it this Saturday. As I started my shift, it was followed by an immediate 'facepalm' action. I knew had forgotten something in the morning rush. However, I was able to take a second look and it seems the pictures were taken farther away from the Globe Theater, from the Coke Soak side of the street. I'll try to remember my camera again... heh heh
