Volkswagen logo on Carnage and Carma

I noticed in the past few weeks that the Volkswagen logos have been removed from Carnage and Carma in the Fast & the Furious portion of the Studio Tour. VW and Universal have been pretty buddy-buddy for awhile, including HHN promotions, cars on display in the park, sponsorships and movie deals.
Did VW not want their logo on something that gets blown up every few minutes?

For now, there are just large (~3") holes on the front and back of each car.

I've noticed that too, but I've also noticed no Volkswagen car in line for the Mummy Ride. No more partnership I guess.

Universal really needs to find more corporate sponsors. There's very few sponsors left at the park.

Panasonic -> T2:3D
Kodak -> Studio Tour
Volkswagen > ROTM

What happened to all these partners?

Kodak was dumped for colorvision as far as parkwide photo services.

Sanyo is the official tv now so panasonic is out.

Don't know about VW.

^Oh ya, they both have S in them so I got confused.

The holes where the logos were have now been covered up with colored pieces that match the car body's color.

Man, they should really replace those molds with something more exciting. Volkswagen doesn't really come to mind when I think of street racing.
