I can imagine they will do something new to the attraction. I have been told the 3D screens will be in Digital High Definition unlike Spiderman which is projection.

that would be better because on the sides of the screen in Orlando for spiderman are sometimes blurry. I wish it was like a roller coaster instead of a site and watch kind of thing

Your guess is mostly correct! It's 2 above and 2 below. The 2 below-ground floors are for the queue and employee operations. Speaking as one who works in construction management, the below-ground floors should also include rooms for building utilities and connections.

This is getting interesting. The area might look small in pictures, but it's actually quite large in person. I wonder how it compares to WaterWorld and the Simpsons in terms of sheer real estate.

So the most popular rumor right now is that the ride will indeed be four stories (One for equipment, second for queue, and last two for ride)? If that's the case, I wonder how they'll fit the animatronic robots in there? Unless of course, they cut them. :(

If that's true, I wonder how each floor will vary individually in terms of height. It's hard to imagine how they'll use the last two floors seamlessly for the ride, but whatever works for them.
