RE: Transformers Construction Phase
I can imagine they will do something new to the attraction. I have been told the 3D screens will be in Digital High Definition unlike Spiderman which is projection.

RE: Transformers Construction Phase
that would be better because on the sides of the screen in Orlando for spiderman are sometimes blurry. I wish it was like a roller coaster instead of a site and watch kind of thing

^it seems the ride maybe 3 story's (guessing the bottom story will be for the Line area, and the top 2 will be for the ride.

RE: Transformers Construction Phase
Your guess is mostly correct! It's 2 above and 2 below. The 2 below-ground floors are for the queue and employee operations. Speaking as one who works in construction management, the below-ground floors should also include rooms for building utilities and connections.

RE: Transformers Construction Phase
This is getting interesting. The area might look small in pictures, but it's actually quite large in person. I wonder how it compares to WaterWorld and the Simpsons in terms of sheer real estate.

Living in the UK I haven't seen it since the work started but hopefully when the wife and I return next fall for Halloween Horror Nights some progress will have been made |

RE: Transformers Construction Phase
Hello one and all! I am new here to these forums. Great to be able to talk USH with other crazed people. ;)
So the most popular rumor right now is that the ride will indeed be four stories (One for equipment, second for queue, and last two for ride)? If that's the case, I wonder how they'll fit the animatronic robots in there? Unless of course, they cut them. :( "The only thing to fear is fear itself..." -Fredy Kruger

RE: Transformers Construction Phase
Hi RHoop! Welcome to the forum!
If that's true, I wonder how each floor will vary individually in terms of height. It's hard to imagine how they'll use the last two floors seamlessly for the ride, but whatever works for them.
