Hollywood Or Florida?
Quote:Which version do you prefer?

I’ll have to say the Hollywood version for sure. The screen in my opinion, is noticeably clearer, and noticeably brighter. I also notice we have a much improved audio system. But they have the advantage of having more of a corporate look, with the indoor queue, and the indoor queue theme.

I've noticed that too. You would think in this age and date they'll use something a bit more advanced then video wall monitors. Especially if they have the Cyberdyne logo burned in. There are so many ways to show off technology in the attraction, such as the video monitors, monitors in the queue, lighting, and more. The possibilities are endless, if you think about it.

Regards,
Jon

They both have their bad and good qualities, but I seemed to like Hollywood's better.

RE: Hollywood Or Florida?
I have to agree.  I was very unimpressed with Florida's version.  Why can't they get the new video that Hollywood has?  There are noticable sound effects missing in Flordia.  However, Florida has a much better look to the facility.  I love the four preshow screens.  Can anyone tell me if Florida decided to eliminate two of the T-70's?  I went last week and both middle bots were INOP or removed.  I like having three on each side.  It just seems that USH took the attraction and made it cheaper.

What's this new video that Hollywood has and Florida not?
And what kind of sound effects are missing?

Where do you live?
In Florida, the sound system is not nearly as powerful as Hollywood's. Plus there are noticable sound effects such as explosions that are not present, especially noticable when Arnold rides away from the exploding building near the beginning of the film. John Conner also does not scream as he jumps into the time portal at the end of the attraction.

I also noticed that in Florida the Arnold and John Conner do not run through the audience like Hollywood's during the third act.

RE: Hollywood Or Florida?
I live in the Netherlands, Europe. Far away from any Terminator 2 3D attraction (USF, USH & USJ). That's why I ask so many questions, never got the chance to see it myself live, plus for my T23D project. I hope to be able to go to USF or USH someday and see it myself live. But yeah, going to the USA is expensive.

RE: Hollywood Or Florida?
I suggest to go the the USH attraction for the latest quality. However, the USH building sucks. If you want an overall experience (building and all) go to USF.

I have heard that USJ has a slightly different edit to the main video. I heard this from a USH supervisor who went to USJ to open the attraction.

On Youtube.com the videos are available in thier original edit and there are a few minor scenes that were deleted from the attraction.
