Bumblebee Man quit his job at Channel Ocho and built his very own Taco Truck. This fan favorite character from the classic cartoon, The Simpsons, will have you chowing down on Tacos and Cerveza till you’re stuffed like a chili relleno.

Location
Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck is located in the Duff Brewery garden on the left side of Springfield as you enter from the main entrance. Just look for the giant black and yellow truck next to the StarWay escalators. You can’t miss it.

Carne Asada Tacos
Tender marinated grilled beef wrapped in soft corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, and a side of chips. Choice of red or green salsa.
Chicken Tacos
Marinated grilled chicken wrapped in soft corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, and a side of chips. Choice of red or green salsa.
Carnitas Tacos
Roasted juicy pork wrapped in soft corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, and a side of chips. Choice of green or red salsa.
Bumblebee Man’s Mucho Macho Nachos
Choice of meat with guacamole, onions, jalapenos,cheese sauce, sour cream, green onions, and salsa.
Duff Beer
An American style amber lager with roasted malt and hints of caramel.
Duff Lite
A light pilsner, golden in color and smooth in taste.
Shock Top
Spiced Belgian-style white ale with orange, lemon and lime peels, finished with coriander.
Coors Light
Light beer with subtle hints of apples and bananas with a slight bitterness.
Buzz Cola
Cherry flavored diet cola.

Yo quiero macho nachos!
If you’re feeling pretty hungry, the Macho Nachos are the way to go. For the price you’re really getting the most food. It’s packed with a little bit of everything. You can also choose whatever meat you want. If you’re a vegetarian, this is the only real option for you at the truck.
Muy Picante
If you like your food with a little more spice, you can ask for some jalapenos on your tacos for a small charge. Universal also provides small packets of Tapitio at the condiment bar located behind Luigi’s Pizza on the right hand side of the Duff Brewery counter. It’s a little hidden, but it can add a nice kick to your tacos.
Dos tacos por favor!
Each taco platter comes with two tacos. If you’re looking for a small snack for yourself or to share with one other person, the tacos fit the bill. If you’re looking for a smaller meal in the Springfield area, this your best bet. Most other dining options in Springfield are much bigger.
