The latest house has been revealed! “An American Werewolf in London” will be featured as a haunted house at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights 23.

As the full moon rises, you will learn to fear the beast.

Based on the John Landis horror classic, An American Werewolf in London, you’ll come face-to-face with the bloody chaos of werewolf attacks in this horrifying house.

The house is based on the popular 1981 horror film which revolves around 2 American tourists backpacking through Europe when they are attacked by a werewolf; leaving one dead and the other left to transform every full moon.

According to Michael Aiello, the beast’s many appearances in the maze will be aided by completely articulated puppets. Fans of the movie will also relive some of film’s famous locations; such as the Slaughtered Lamb, Piccadilly, and the theater.

Universal has also released a “sneak peek” at the facade for the haunted house:

Throughout the week, Universal has released information on 3 houses that guests will experience at this year’s event. There is strong indication that there will be an 8th house, but no word as to when Universal will make an announcement.

Universal Studios’ “Halloween Horror Nights” events have a more than 20-year history of creating incredibly entertaining, horrifying Halloween experiences that are consistently rated the nation’s best.  The events on each coast feature highly-themed, disturbingly real, haunted mazes based on everything from films to nightmares — and streets filled with hundreds of specially trained “scareactors.”

Stay tuned to Orlando United as Universal plans on revealing more information throughout the week at midnight.
