In a new series on the Universal Orlando blog – “Behind the Design” – Universal shared a few more details about the room design for the Aventura Hotel, which opens August 2018.

From the blog:

We selected light wood and white furniture pieces with black trim to anchor the room and added rich pops of eggplant and burnt orange to bring the design together. The floor to ceiling decorative glass panels provide not only a really cool visual element, but also privacy at the vanity. We included floor to ceiling windows in the design to make the rooms feel bright and airy while giving guests views of all three Universal Orlando Resort theme parks.

One of the highly-anticipated features of the new hotel is the in-room tablet. Each of the 600 rooms will feature a tablet that will allow guests control of the TV, thermostat and even ordering a late night pizza. In addition, the tablet will help guests plan their day as it will feature the Official Universal Orlando app so guests can check park maps, park hours, and wait times.

Guests that book now can take advantage of a free $50 hotel dining credit on a stay of four to six nights. Booking a seven-night stay offers up a free $100 dining credit.
