The creators, producers, and directors of The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor are introducing the first-ever West Coast-style haunt in the East with the debut of Dark Horizon: Point of No Return; running October 4 – November 2, 2019 in Orlando.

“Much like its predecessor on the West Coast, Dark Horizon will deliver death-defying entertainment, blood-curdling haunted houses, immersive bars, and festive fare,” commented Steve Sheldon, EPIC Entertainment Group Managing Partner and Dark Horizon Co-Producer.

Dark Horizons  will feature 3 different houses; Vodou, Ghostship, and Murder Island. In addition, the event includes 4 immersive bars, 2 live stages, themed food and hundreds of monsters lurking around every turn.

To kick-off the all-new haunted attraction destination, Dark Horizon is offering a special on General Admission Tickets through Thursday, July 26 at 6:00 am EST, thrill-seekers and Halloween enthusiasts can purchase general admission tickets to Dark Horizon for 50% off select nights with promo code DARK50 to the inaugural event.

“Dark Horizons’s haunted houses and main characters are based on Florida’s darker history and local lore, highlighting infamous tales of piracy, voodoo and murder,” adds Charity Hill, EPIC Entertainment Group Managing Partner and Dark Horizon Co-Producer. “Dark Horizon will bring to life the stories of some of the more infamous figures in Florida’s history – Bloody Ed Watson, Mambo Cecile, and Captain Killigrew.”

Dark Horizon will be located in at the Holiday Inn Suites — Water Park on State Road 536 near International Drive.

Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor is one of the most renown haunts in the US. You can read about our visit from last year’s Dark Harbor event here.

More details on Dark Horizon: Point of No Return will be released on Sunday, August 4th at Midsummer Scream during the Dark Harbor panel in Long Beach, CA.
