Here’s a look around at what’s happening at Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, from November 7, 2022, to November 13, 2022.

Universal Orlando

Subtropical Storm Nicole has formed in the Atlantic and is forecasted to impact Central Florida later this week. No announcement has been made by Universal Orlando at this time about any changes to their operating schedule.

The Holidays at Universal Orlando begin this Saturday, November 12, and running daily through January 1, 2023. Guests can experience Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, and Grinchmas. For more information on this year’s event, read here.

Refurbishments

Revenge of the Mummy is still in Technical Rehearsal and may operate on a limited, unscheduled basis. There is no word as to when the ride will “officially” reopen.

Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit begins a brief refurbishment starting Sunday, November 13. It is expected to reopen on Firyda, November 18.

Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls is down for refurbishment for an unannounced length of time.

Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood celebrates its 17th annual “Day of Giving” philanthropic event on November 10th, 2022, and will serve as home base for Operation School Bell, hosting approximately 300 homeless children for a day of theme park fun.

The children will also be the recipients of an assortment of new clothing and school supplies, from shoes to uniforms and backpacks to books. The day-long event also supports other non-profit organizations across Los Angeles, including MEND Foodbank, TreePeople, and Together We Rise.

Refurbishments

WaterWorld is temporarily closed for refurbishment, with plans to reopen on November 12, 2022.
