After a month of being on Universal property, the Hogwarts Express was finally placed on it’s track.
Universal Orlando teased earlier this morning through their social media outlets that they had “something exciting rolling out”. By the afternoon, several Twitter accounts began sharing the images of the train being set on it’s track before Universal officially confirmed it.
The Hogwarts Express has arrived at Universal! The iconic locomotive and train tender was placed on the tracks between the two theme parks today.
The Hogwarts Express will allow guests to travel between The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, which is open at Islands of Adventure, and ‘London’ when The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley opens at Universal Studios Florida next year. Testing for the attraction should began soon, with a “Soft Opening” possible by early next year.
