Universal started running tests this past week with metal detectors at the entrance to Rockit. All the way back in October, Universal has enforced a strict no loose article policy in the coaster and this is just the latest step. The metal detectors were up in the morning, but had been taken down by the time we made it to the park.

Guests were being routed around the right side of the lift hill upon entering the queue for the ride.

This past weekend, Phillip Phillips was the featured Mardi Gras act.
