Inside Universal is giving away 2 free admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for the final performances of Terminator 2:3D (or a date of your choice – depending on your schedule*).
The instructions are simple: answer a series of weekly questions posted on our forum through the month of November. Contestants must register and become a member to post their responses in a designated forum, where one of our staff members will post the weekly questionnaire. Though you may use your Facebook or Twitter account to register an Inside Universal account, responses from any source beyond the forum will not be accepted.
Contestants will initially be selected based on the thoughtfulness of their posts. Once curated, a winner from a list of finalists will then be randomly selected by our staff, and a winner will be contacted via private message on or before December 7, 2012. Tickets are valid until December 31, 2012.
Note: before we start getting into the fine print, we’re going to be upfront: the purpose of this contest is to increase activity on our forums. Though contestants are not obligated to participate outside of the questionnaire, we encourage you to enter if you feel you can contribute thoughtful discussion throughout the community well beyond the contest dates. Though this does not increase your chances of winning, this giveaway is really aimed at participants who are fans of Universal and are willing to interact with similar fans around the globe on our site.
So with that out of the way, let’s get into the nitty gritty. Please read the fine print carefully.
– Final answer submissions end on December 1, 2012 11:59 PM PST.
– You and your party must provide your own transportation to Universal Studios Hollywood in California.
– Inside Universal has no relation to Universal Studios Hollywood and these free admission tickets do not carry any monetary value. Tickets will be handed to you in person by an Inside Universal staff member at an undisclosed location on the Universal property on December 31, 2012. Universal Studios Hollywood has the right to refuse admission to the park at any time. Free tickets do not include parking fees. Tickets have an expiration date of 12/31/12 and cannot be extended.
(*) If you are the winner and are unable to attend on the final date of Terminator 2:3D, please communicate with Inside Universal to find another way of acquiring the tickets. You cannot use these passes toward a purchase of an annual pass.
– A second place winner will be announced on or before December 7, 2012 and will win Transformers: The Ride – 3D post cards from Universal Studios Singapore. Second place winner will also be contacted via private message on the website to arrange postage.
– Winner must respond within 48 hours after being contacted. If a response is not given, the winner forfeits their prize at the discretion of Inside Universal staff.
– If you are the first place winner and choose the second place prize in place of the grand prize, the second place winner will receive the opportunity to acquire the 2 free tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood.
